Ben's bread loaves bring BIG AIR on a COLD COLD day

How can we beef up the Lewis to get that little bit extra wake (we don't own a Malibu with cash to spare for fat sacks). It was late Thursday afternoon when, while looking off the verandah I spied them and the idea came to me. They were nothing but big brown concrete blocks then but the transformation was a success.
Using foam from the back seat of long lost Ricochet, an old thick sheet and lots of TLC they soon took shape. The bread loave seats that double as "wake enhancers".
Friday was a warm-up to the weekend day so out the bread loaves came.

Then came the weekend - 19 with cool winds.
Yes mid-winter now but the cold didn't stop everyone from launching even higher than ever. A lot of action on the weekend, apart from sweet tricks, the rope-pull-on-your-eyebrowring incident, My version of Parks' wake skate relax with a vest back rest, backrolls, toeside superman dives, Jared, and a new board moved into the crew's pad.
